Happy Birthday to me!

My darling husband has started a new trend in our household - reusable wrapping paper. Prettier and better for the environment. I was so impressed with him that I had to stop to take a photo of the gifts before I opened them. What a cool husband I have!

2 quotes come to mind. One is from Splash where the mermaid gets excited about the wrapped box and doesn't realize there is more inside. She says, "oooh, beautiful," as she inspects the wrapped gift. The other is from a TV show called Dinosaurs, "mama got me ribbon!"

Going to the Zoo

Liz, Gabriel and I went to the zoo a few weeks ago. G-man loved it, got messy and tried out his new turtle backpack. Here are some favorite photos from that day.

It's a Boy!

This is the official announcement that we're pregnant. Yesterday we found out we're having a boy!

We have no ideas on names yet... Bono? Thor? Jet Li? They all sound so good, it's hard to choose. =)

Also, here is me pregnant at 5 months (photo 6/11/08). I love maternity clothes!

My First Baseball Game

Last night, Liz and I got to take the little man to his first baseball game. Before the game even started, one of the batboys gave a ball to him! He loved the game, and lasted pretty well until the 8th inning.

The Mariners, however, did not last as long and lost the game. :(
